Creative Space is a brokerage firm based in Los Angeles whose mission is to connect creative companies with unconventional spaces. Taking a 360-degree approach to real estate, it not only matches tenants to empty offices but also to expert contractors, consultants, designers and vendors. We created a visual identity aimed at distinguishing the firm from traditional real-estate brokers, using bright yellow cut-out letterforms for the logo to explore the notion of a vacant space soon to be filled. We pushed design boundaries to help Creative Space disrupt the real estate market and carve out a unique identity for itself within L.A. and San Francisco’s creative communities.
